Summary: Staff were friendly, pool was refreshing and breakfast was good. I was given wrong information about the bus prior to travel but checked it myself. I was charged for the room even though I had already paid through Hotels.com. I got it resolved eventually, it was disappointing to find that paying the hotel was £10 cheaper than what I had been charged!

Summary: A very nice hotel just a bit outside city centre on the top of a big hill, great view. It's easy too come there with public transport, which by the way is free in Luxembourg. Line 4 and 32 go to the hotel. The staff is friendly and helpfull, and are ready to help. There is a small pool and fitness center availible at the hotel for free The only thing I miss is more local enviroment, there is only a handfull of shops nearby because of the remote location

Summary: In a nutshell good experience overall. Fantastic front office and reception…one of the best in Western Europe. We drove parked car for free and took bus #4 (200 meters from hotel lobby) to city center.

Summary: Nice property great staff but power went out around 8am May 24th. Which means people had to take the stairs. Which means we had to carry 5 bags of luggage down stairs. Very very painful. Doesn't seem like backup generators are part of the system at this hotel. It was a nightmare scenario. Some people complained no one came to your room or called BUT IMO what were they gomna say Hey the powers out! DUH! Overall the hotels nice

Summary: would rate higher (like "very good" which was not a choice) but seriously disappointed with the "scrambled eggs" at the breakfast buffet and was a little uncomfortable with the shower setup recommend this facility
